Join me for a very special Latin Fusion class with a hint of Zumba!!!
Saturday, June 27th at 10:30am to 11:30am Canyon Meadows Community Centre.
This class will combine the best of our Zumba classes and mix it with the best Latin Fusion! Yes this will be a 50/50 Zumba + Fusion session full of energy. We will shake, dance and in between we will do our strength based exercises for an all body cardia and muscle toning class.
Strength bands, glider disc and pilates ball are provided in class. All you need to bring is your yoga mat, water and a good attitude.
