This class will focus on strength-based exercises for an overall body workout. We will use equipment to help us focus on toning and strengthening our muscles. The music will inspire you to get moving and work hard!
Strength bands, glider disc and pilates ball are provided in class. All you need to bring is your yoga mat water and a good attitude.
