Barre is a fitness class which combines ballet, pilates and stretching for an over all body workout. Classes focus on specific muscle groups to tone and strengthen.

Barre is an all body workout which engages the core, strengthens muscles and tones your body by using techniques from Pilates, Ballet and Stretching exercises. These classes are 1hour long and we may use equipment to help us target muscle groups. Space is limited, please register to save your spot.

SUMMER BARRE!
I will be offering a short Barre session this summer to focus on mobility, rage of motion, core and balance. 6 classes starting July 11th to Aug 22nd (NO class on Aug 1st). Cost: $105 Saturdays at 10:30am to 11:30AM. In order to run this summer session we need 12 registrations. Payment for registration can be paid via email transfer to dancingheals@hotmail.com
Drop-ins available – $20 (NOTE: If using your punch card, $20 will be deducted from Punch Card).
What to bring to class: Yoga mat, barre/yoga socks with grips on soles, barefoot also acceptable, water and an open heart with a positive attitude.
