BARRE at the Studio

Barre is a fitness class which combines ballet, pilates and stretching for an over all body workout.

BARRE 1 is the perfect class to start your Barre adventure. This class will focus on posture, muscle definition, strength, balance, core & proper alignment of the spine. Various equipment may be used during class to target different muscle groups. Your balance, coordination and flexibility will be challenged as we use isometric strength training (holding your body still while contracting specific muscle groups). Barre is not a dance class, its a muscle toning and sculpting class which will help you maintain a healthy and beautiful body.

Lots of free parking. Enter through the main doors between Tim Hortons and Happy Cup, through the corridor, gym entrance on the right, down the stairs.


10 week session. Saturdays – starting September 17th – November 26th 2022 – 10am (50 minutes including 10 minutes of stretching and relaxation). Bring Yoga mat, barre socks or barefoot recommended. No other equipment needed. Space is limited, pls register.

10 Weeks = $126 (includes tax).
