Barre is a fitness class which combines ballet, pilates and stretching for an over all body workout. Classes focus on specific muscle groups to tone and strengthen.

Barre is an all body workout which engages the core, strengthens muscles and tones your body by using techniques from Pilates, Ballet and Stretching exercises. These classes are 55mins long and we may use equipment to help us target muscle groups. Space is limited, please register to save your spot.
Winter 2026 session – 12 class session starting January 10th to March 28th at 10am – $200.
What to bring to class: Yoga mat, barre/yoga socks with grips on soles, barefoot also acceptable, water and an open heart with a positive attitude.
