IN STUDIO CLASSES

In Person corporate, private and open to the public classes run on an on-going basis at various locations in the city of Calgary. Private and Corporate classes are not open to the public and are not displayed on regular schedule. For information and description of public classed and format click on LOGO below.

Perfect for everybody, every body and all fitness levels. Zumba® Takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness class. A 55 min workout, combining all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, coordination and flexibility. Zumba® classes use Latin inspired moves and music, as well as, other international rhythms.

Barre classes are based on the MOC Barre Method developed by Marjorie O’Connor. This is a signature power fitness program focusing on the gluteal muscles, leaning, sculpting and carving the abdominals. You don’t have to be a dancer or coordinated to gain the benefits of this Ballet inspired class; it’s not a dance class and all fitness levels are welcomed. The essence is to help achieve beautiful, healthy bodies while improving postural balance, flexibility, strength, coordination and grace! Note our Barre classes may at times be “barre less.” 

Integrated/Modified All Abilities Classes

Classes are designed with inclusivity in mind. Thoughtful, mindful and creative dance movements encourage all body and cognitive abilities, including individuals using mobility equipment. Modified steps and great tunes bring joy, develop confidence, self-esteem and creativity. We encourage an environment of positive vibes and free of judgement.

Currently this class is Private and Corporate.

Tips for Dance Fitness Classes

All participants are required to submit a picture/video waiver and a liability waiver, provided before class starts
