How to register for Zoom classes:
- Click on links below and register for a class you would like to take by selecting the days using the drop-down menu on top of registration page. Make sure your email is correct and click submit. Drop-ins for Zoom classes are $6 or use your Punch Card.
- Send payment via email transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org Make sure you include your name on the “note” section of the email transfer.
- You will receive a confirmation email from ZOOM which will have your access link to the live class. All Zoom classes are recorded, link of recorded class is available for a limited time to any one who registers via Zoom.
- Click on link to access virtual class.
Simple, uncomplicated and no equipment needed. Yoga mat recommended. A combination of Ballet, Pilates & Yoga make this class a highly effective muscle conditioning, sculpting and toning fitness adventure. 45mins of Barre and 5 mins of stretch; this class challenges your core, balance and posture. NOTE: Class is delivered LIVE via Zoom in “real time”, recording is available for 6 days when you register. Do this class in the comfort of your own space and time with the recorded lesson. - Wednesdays – (50 mins) – 12:05pm to 12:55pm – Registration link:
This classes are mid-high intensity classes full of Latin flavours. Classes are delivered via Zoom in “real time” or if registered for class and can’t make it, a link to the recording is emailed to anyone who has registered via Zoom. This will allows you to do the class anytime and in your own space. Drop-ins $6. Punch Cards available, check out price menu.
NOTE: Recording for Tues Zumba will be emailed on Wednesday by noon. Saturday Zumba will be emailed 2 hours after Live class ends.
