These classes are on-line, real-time classes delivered right to your mobile device or PC. Register for virtual classes by clicking on the links below, download Zoom Cloud App and be ready to workout in the comfort of your own space!  Fees are non-refundable.

How to register: 

  1. Click on links below and register for class you would like to take by selecting the days using the drop-down menu on top of registration page. Make sure your email is correct and click submit. Drop-ins for Zoom classes are $6.
  2. Send payment via email transfer to Make sure you include your name on the “note” section of the email transfer.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email from ZOOM which will have your access link to the live class. All Zoom classes are recorded, link of recorded class is available for a limited time
  4. Click on link to access virtual class.

Classes Available & Schedule

These are high energy dance/fitness classes full of Latin flavours. Lots of cardio, lots of toning and lots of fun! Class is delivered via Zoom in “real-time” or if you can’t make the time, you can access the recording, available for 24 hours after class.

Barre & Stretch – simple, uncomplicated and no equipment is needed, Yoga mat recommended.

A combination of Ballet, Pilates & Yoga make this class a highly effective muscle conditioning, sculpting and toning fitness adventure. 40mins of Barre and 10mins of stretch, this class challenges your core, balance and posture. NOTE: Class is delivered LIVE via Zoom, recording is available for 7 days. Do this class in the comfort of your own space and time with the recorded lesson.

Strength & Stretch Thursdays @ 12:05pm

Try this new class delivered in real time via Zoom (recording available for 7 days). Using a combination of stretching exercises, such as passive, active, dynamic and hyperbolic, we can gain flexibility and better range of motion. Yoga mat is needed for this class, tension belt for active stretches recommended. Class is designed to welcome all body abilities and provides modifications when needed.
