Barre & Stretch classes are simple, uncomplicated and no equipment is needed, however, a Yoga mat is recommended. This is a highly effective muscle conditioning and toning class of 40mins of Barre and 10mins of stretch. This class challenges your core, balance and posture. To register click on links…

Zumba® is a fun, energetic dance fitness class with great music and moves to make you shake your body into shape. Join our Zumba family on this gratifying adventure. Classes are 55mins long including warm-up and cool down.

Mondays 6 :05pm – 7:00pm – Low to Mid Intensity (Gold)

Saturdays 11:05am – 12pm – Mid to High Intensity (Lots of Latin flavours!)
